You can customize both the structure of the P300 and the built-in methods, but you will need to let us know your application or target compounds. We install particular columns and/or the detector at your request or base on the information you provided. We can also generate a built-in method with programming parameters of your target compounds all prese

For the default built-in method, the Air Quality method includes the most, with 21 target compounds. But with a customized built-in method, you can include as many compounds as you want for your application.

Yes. Generally speaking, you can use it in any application as long as the organic compounds and inorganic gases can be separated and have ionization potential within 10.6 eV.

If you want to analyze an air sample in a field, you don’t need any sample preparation at all. Simply point the sampling port into the area of your desired sample, and the P300 will pump in the air sample automatically when you click on “Start”.

If you want to analyze a gas sample in a container, attach the sampling needle onto the sampling port of the P300 and insert the needle into the container.

If you want to analyze a water sample in a field, you will need a purge and trap system prior to using the P300. Contact us for our PNT system.

For best results, the minimum sampling time is 6 seconds, or 0.1 minute. Here are some recommendations for sampling time based on estimated sample concentration: 5 minutes or more for 1 ppb or less, 2 ~ 5 minutes for 1 ppb ~ 500 ppb, 2 minutes or less for 1 ppm or above.

No. The P300 will run auto cleaning after each test which saves you the maintenance work. But you can still run “Deep Clean” if you want to further clean the system.

Normally you won’t need a filter. But if there are large particles like dust or PM2.5 in the surrounding area, a filter is highly recommended.

When only 2 out of 5 battery indication lights are on, you should charge the P300.

There is a carrier gas cabin in the P300 for the installation of small disposable cylinders containing helium.

Generally, in P300 system, a full cylinder of helium can support up to 80 hours of tests.

Yes. The battery is permitted to be carried on board within the nation. However, a carrier gas cylinder is not permitted. You will need to vent and uninstall the gas cylinder before you check in at the airport.

NovaSoft, the software to control the P300, will be installed on the built-in PC. To run the software on an additional computer, you will need a Win10 system.
