Furthermore, Nanova Environmental, Inc., shall not be responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defect, error or failure to perform.

TRANSFER (OR RESALE) TO THIRD-PARTY PROHIBITED

In the absence of an express written agreement to the contrary, all products/parts are granted by Nanova Environmental, Inc., for the exclusive research/experimental use of authorized customers and are not to be transferred (or resold) to any unaffiliated third party(s).
